		<description>I agree that drivers using mobile phones are posing risks to other drivers on the roads. Usually when they receive a call, first they try to dig for their phones inside their pockets with one hand. If attempt fails, they will divert their attention to search for it in the car. That few seconds on diversion from traffic on the road to the phone can cause accidents! Secondly, after picking up the phone, they will slow down their driving speeds to a crawl and without warning thus endangering the driver behind him! What total morons. Sorry.</description>
